“AMG ProShare has been one of the best programs that I have experienced as a UCLA Staff member. UCLA is a big place where it is difficult to make connections with people outside of your own office, but ProShare makes it possible to meet and bond with other staff from all over campus. “I was very fortunate to have gained an amazing mentor from this experience. I have worked for UCLA for so many years, yet I still do not know so many departments, locations, and valuable services that UCLA offers. In my opinion, UCLA should have a ProShare sign-up website, that employees can log into and voluntarily/mandatoryily (?) sign up to visit another department once a quarter. It would be of so much value to the employees and the university, as it would encourage collaboration, sharing of resources, and inter professional/interdisciplinary practice and perhaps aid in avoiding duplication of services. I feel very strongly about a broader University-wide ProShare platform. With much gratitude to the AMG group, its been such a pleasure to participate!”
