Speaker: Julia Sanchez is the Manager, Training & Development with UCLA’s Campus Human Resources. Julia coordinates the Professional Development Program (PDP), a one-year leadership development program that enhances management and professional skills. Julia also coordinates the Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP), a UC-wide off-site assessment program that assesses and improves on-the-job performance for managers.
