DESCRIPTION:Ending Unproductive Virtual Meetings (Slide Deck) \nChava Martinez Senior \nLearning and Development Specialist\nUCLA Health \nJoin AMG for a virtual lunch-hour session with UCLA CORE Trainer Chava Martinez for a workshop around Grounding and putting an end to unproductive meetings to avoid burnout. This workshop will provide you with a deeper understanding of the phases we experience during burnout. We will review strategies that can be applied immediately to leverage those reactions and effectively navigate through burnout\, grounding ourselves and putting an end to unproductive meetings. \nChava (pronounced Hava ) has been with UCLA Health since 2016 and is a Senior Learning and Development Specialist with the Talent Management team. Chava’s areas of expertise include Leadership Skills\, Emotional Intelligence\, Change Management\, and building workplace relationships. She provides learners with practical tools that help them enhance their work-life while building healthier connections with all those we serve.
