DESCRIPTION:Join us for an exploration of the supracultural leadership concepts that were true one hundred years ago\, are still true today\, and will continue to be true in the future. This talk considers the significance of becoming future-proof leaders oneself and cultivating future-proof leadership in others. This presentation will discuss the distinguishing characteristics that leaders of every organization will require to secure the trust and respect of the people they manage\, as well as to sustain the organization’s present and solidify its future.  \nMichael V. Jenkins has worked with UCLA Health for over ten years and is currently the Manager of IT Risk Operations for the UCLA Health Sciences enterprise. He also holds the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees.
