The traditional annual review generally does not capture the richness of human effort and aspiration. \nSpeaker: Jackie Reynolds\nJackie recently retired after a wide-ranging 36-year career at UCLA. During that time she worked in central administrative IT\, central academic IT\, and ultimately at the Anderson School of Management (her alma mater). She now has a consulting practice focusing on leadership issues related to Higher Education and technology.
